Clear-outs and clearances, discreet and structured
Behind a clear-out there is often a personal story: a flat being cleared after a death, a move into a retirement home, or a cellar that has filled up over the years. In situations like these we work calmly and discreetly, even in a hoarder's home.
For house and office clearances we take a structured approach. You mark beforehand whatever you want to keep. We then clear the property room by room, sorting by material as we go.
Once the rooms are empty, we can follow up with final cleaning with a handover guarantee if you wish. That way you hand over the flat or property in one go.
Environmentally sound means sorting first
What we collect does not simply end up anywhere. In Switzerland, many materials are collected separately and recycled, such as metal, wood, paper and cardboard, glass, PET and electrical appliances. Only material that cannot be recovered belongs in the waste incineration plant.
That is why we sort as we clear. Recyclable materials go for recycling, while hazardous waste is disposed of separately. We make sure everything is separated correctly and document the disposal with proof of recycling.
Disposal as part of your move
A move is the best opportunity to part with things. Every piece of furniture you do not take with you saves space in the removal van and work at the other end. So decide early what stays and what goes. Our moving checklist shows when the time is right.
