Moving premises should not bring your business to a halt
An office relocation is about more than boxes. Every day that phones, computers or treatment rooms are not ready costs revenue and frays nerves. That is why every job starts with one question: when can each area move without work coming to a standstill?
The answer becomes a moving plan that suits your company, whether it is a small office, a medical practice or a warehouse. It sets out what is packed first, what stays in use until the very end and when the first workstations will be ready at the new location. From the IT to the coffee machine, everything has its place in the plan.
What we take on in a business move
You get everything from a single provider: packing, transport, assembly and cleaning. For you, that means less coordination, because one team keeps track of the whole project.

Planning and project management
A project manager coordinates the move from the first meeting to the last workstation and is your contact for all questions.
Office furniture and work equipment
We dismantle desks, shelving and conference room furniture properly, transport them well protected and set them up again at the new location.
IT and sensitive equipment
Computers, screens and other IT infrastructure are packed securely for transport. We handle laboratory and practice equipment with the same care.
Files and archives
Documents and archives move in an orderly way. We handle confidential documents discreetly. On request, we also help you with archiving.
USM Haller and modular furniture
We dismantle and reassemble modular USM Haller furniture with precision, in a new arrangement if needed. More on this under furniture assembly.
Disposal and cleaning
We take away old office furniture and electronics through our disposal service. After our cleaning, you hand the old premises back to the landlord in clean condition.
A schedule you can count on
Moving on schedule matters to us. We set the timetable together with you: when packing takes place, when the vehicles arrive and when each department moves. After that, we make sure every step happens as planned.
A tip from experience: tell your staff about the move early and appoint one person internally to collect questions. That spares you many queries on moving day.
Office relocations in Zurich and across the region
Whether your new location is in the city of Zurich, in the Glattal or in another canton, we relocate businesses throughout the region and beyond. If only part of your inventory needs to go elsewhere, such as goods to a warehouse or furniture to a branch, a single transport job is often enough.

Frequently asked questions
How long will our business be at a standstill during the move?
As briefly as possible. Exactly how long depends on size, inventory and distance. If needed, departments move one after another so that the rest of the business keeps running.
Who is our contact during the move?
A project manager who coordinates the move from start to finish, answers your questions, agrees dates with you and makes sure all the steps dovetail.
Do you also transport IT and sensitive equipment?
Yes. We pack computers, screens, printers and laboratory equipment so that they arrive well protected. For particularly valuable equipment, you can also take out additional insurance cover.
Can you dismantle and reassemble USM Haller furniture?
Yes, we specialise in it. We dismantle USM Haller systems properly and reassemble them at the new location. If the rooms change, we adapt or extend the configuration.
How do you handle confidential files?
Carefully and discreetly. If necessary, we can also help you manage and archive company documents securely, so that confidential information stays protected.
